Online hiring event that started with a webinar that explained the interviewing process and some details about the company. Due to the high number of participants, they had some technical problems with the webinar chat, but they gave us a support email address if we have questions during the process.
The tests consisted of two parts, a technical screen and a written evaluation. During the technical screen you had to provide an audio recording of yourself speaking in English (2-3 minutes), answer some basic multiple choice questions regarding .NET and at the end solve an algorithmic problem and submit the code. While solving the algorithmic problem, I wrote them an email on the support address asking for a clarification and they promptly responded.
The written evaluation implied downloading a .NET Core application, adding a feature, fixing bugs and adding unit test coverage. And also some questions of how you would handle some problems that the app might face.
I got the answer that I wasn't going to the next phase within a week, as they promised. Overall, it was a helpful experience for me, but you need to allocate a few hours for the whole process and the feedback is only yes or no, as they tell you from the start.
