I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Austin, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was fully automated, yet the first screening call was 1-1 with a HR who seemed competent for his job. The technical interview was automated and there was a last interview with team leaders.

Randomly got booted out of the process without any feedback after scoring extremely well on one of their absurd amounts of assessments. This was not a good use of my time or a good experience at all.
