This is the most rigorous interview process I have ever been a part of, to be honest I'm not sure if they're recruiting for an astronaut or an office worker. The hoops they make you jump through are absolutely absurd - several hours and days answering multiple choice questions, doing cognitive intelligence tests, and other foolish dehumanizing tasks that waste your time. I am uncertain why the robots at Crossover think that a standardized test is the way to get the best candidate for any position but my assumption is the people who work there have not actually spent any time working in a real office with real human employees.
If you see a job post for a well-compensated position from CrossOver do yourself a favor and skip it. If I could rate my interview as "very negative", I would.
