I interviewed at Crossover for Work

      Interview

Talk to an AI bot about past projects that are literally already on my resume. Then take a timed aptitude test to make sure you're not a dummy. You only have a maximum of 15 minutes to answer 50 questions. The questions weren't too bad, but I didn't feel 15 minutes was quite enough to not rush. I got most of them right but ran out of time on the last 8 questions and now have to wait 6 months to take another test. What good is that if the role is filled then? I guess I'm not alone in my dislike for this hiring approach. I requested they delete my account I was forced to create and agree to their "selling of data" terms before I could even begin. If you're going to sell my data, pick up the phone and screen me...
