Interview
The initial call was with the recuriter, it was tell me about yourself, how do you handle angry customer, and other behaviroal questions.
2nd interview was with the service desk manager - it was basic IT question, how you assist someone who cannot connect dual monitor, keyboard connection issue.

My journey through the interview process with Crossfuze was truly positive. The team was not only highly professional but also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the four rounds. Their communication was clear and timely, making the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable.
While the outcome wasn't what I hoped for, I understand these decisions are a part of the hiring process. I would have appreciated some feedback, given the effort I put into preparation. Constructive feedback is always valuable for growth and would have added to the overall experience. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for the opportunity and the friendly interactions with the Crossfuze team.

Question 1
As a crucial part of the interview process, candidates were tasked with presenting on a specific module/application through a role-play scenario. This necessitated thorough preparation and a polished delivery to ensure all customer questions were addressed effectively. Notably, candidates were also expected to manage their time adeptly, ensuring the presentation concluded within the allocated interview slot while leaving ample time for questions.
The interview process went really well. I was able to meet with various team members who were excited to talk about the organization. The role and culture seemed great and all interviewers answered questions honestly.
