I applied on their site via email with my experience details and resume. It took about 2 weeks and a follow up to get a reply from their talent person. In their first reply, they said they'd need my resume if I wanted to apply for the job... It was attached in my first email but I sent it again. I then received a separate email from the same person with some times to meet to discuss the "Staff Writer" role - not what I applied for or outlined in my previous emails. I asked her to confirm that we'd be discussing the Digital Marketing Manager position before scheduling anything and only got back "sure. no problem". I ended the process there. I didn't expect much from this organization, but this is some bottom of the barrel professionalism from their talent team.
