Had a rude interviewer which of course, made me heavily question the environment of the workplace. Also was told in the interview about having to work lots of hours outside of the normal salaried hours, and from the reviews, there is no overtime or any work/life balance. this point was proven when I was called multiple times by the company in a time frame of about 3 or so hours when i was offered the job. i was at work and could not pick up at the time, but it clearly foreshadows the environment as there was literally zero patience. also had my name pronounced wrong, even though it was very simple.

Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cross Country (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you feel about working with tech and remote?
The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
