I applied online. I interviewed at Cross Country in Aug 2019
Interview
I submitted an application online and within a week, I was offered the chance to interview. I scheduled a time and sent a follow up email, but the time came and went and no one called me. I called the recruiter after 20 minutes and was told that he was busy and needed to reschedule. We agreed on a time and he hung up. The next morning, at the scheduled time, no one called. My interview never happened.

Interview
Very disorganized and unprofessional company. One of the first things I noticed was how many empty desks and the jeans worm by the Director of Sales. If they like you, they will act quick, everyone else gets treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. They have very little respect for people's time. Is they're passing on you they don't have the decency of letting you know. BUT they will lie to you during the interview and say that the next step is to take their assessment test.
All in all, this seems like a very disorganized and unprofessional company

Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cross Country (Boca Raton, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
2 phone interviews and 1 on-site. The negotiations for the compensation took some time as there were quite a few proposals and counter-proposals. For the most part it all worked out for the situation.
