Interview
Interviewer/ owner does not know what he is looking for. I am in graduate school on track to become a Human Resource Manager and I can say that this was a terribly conducted interview. "Training" was not informative and they do not set you up for success. I worked there for a very short amount of time.

He spoke a lot, I did not get asked many questions. I would of liked to speak more about my experience. Interview was...weird.

Interview
I interviewed for the job two days after it was posted and was told when I arrived that the job had been filled last week. Owner Kurt seems to have a very inflated opinion of himself and claims to be a hiring guru, but questions were read off a piece of paper and he didn't listen to the responses while talking about himself. Total waste of time because I'm far too overqualified to be a telemarketer or waiter, which seemed to be why he called me in.
