Após preencher o formulário de candidatura, tive um assessment de inglês e outro de cultural fit. Depois disso, responderam-me com algumas questões sobre as minhas intenções de trabalho, projetos em que estive envolvido e tecnologias que utilizei. Mais tarde, avancei para a primeira fase de entrevistas, uma conversa de 30-45 minutos com uma pessoa de RH. Falámos sobre o meu background, motivação, dinâmica de trabalho em equipa e forma como lido com críticas. Acabei por não seguir para a fase seguinte, mas foi-me dito pela pessoa de RH que a próxima etapa seria uma entrevista técnica com a equipa que iria integrar. No final, pedi feedback sobre a entrevista, mas até agora ainda não obtive resposta.

I had a personal and technical interview with an HR representative and a manager. The first 20 minutes were spent with the HR representative asking more personal questions and also about my projects and responsibilities. The remaining part of the interview was technical, with the manager asking many questions about OOP, SCRUM, whether he had used certain technologies, and we spoke a little in English. In the final stage, I did live coding of OOP in C++.
