Recruiter reached out, and went smoothly at first. Met with the owner, David and thought it went well. But it turned into being ghosted for over 4 weeks with me following up each week. At first I was told I would here back in a week with a decision, then it was 2 weeks, which turned into asking me to do an exercise (not mentioned at all in meeting with the recruiter but i was happy to do). This turned into waiting another TWO WEEKS+ for this supposed exercise to be rejected when I had 4+ years then they were asking for experience. Leading me on for almost 5 weeks.
