CEO and Accounting/HR gal were present and it was very laid back and a comfortable atmosphere. They asked the standard questions about my skills and prior experience. We shared stories and examples of how I handled tough management situations. I had done research on the company prior to the interview so I felt prepared to answer whatever scenarios they threw at me. It was my favorite interview to date =)
