Cretex interview questions

The interview process was relatively straight forward given the context. I interviewed with the company for an internship prior to coming on full time following the completion of the internship. Started with a general interview with HR followed up with a more specific interview with my would be manager and several peers.

Individuals asked a 50/50 split of personal and academic questions related to the position of interest. Very organized and well structured interview with individuals from various departments. Conversation was very free and easy, I was not pressed to answer questions in a certain manner.
