      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics (Singapore) in Nov 2021

      Interview

HR manager was very condescending and did not ask questions pertaining to my experience and skill set. She openly criticized my age instead of asking professional questions that would test my experience and knowledge in applicable work situations.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. How old are you 2. Why are you changing jobs I'm looking for an older version of you. I'm old enough to be your mother, I would advise you to not find new jobs.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics

      Interview

First interview with the HR rep and second interview with the director of the area. Unfortunately, I did not get an offer; however, the HR rep "ghosted" me on calls and emails. Eventually, it appears, that they hired someone else - but they never gave me the "thanks but no thanks" letter. Very unprofessional.

      Question 1

too long ago, I don't remember the questions. It was very conversational.

      Regional Sales Manager Interview

      6 May 2018
      Anonymous employee

      Accepted offer

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics (Cypress, CA) in Apr 2016

      Interview

After two telephone interviews and a one-on-one interview with upper management, I was brought in to interview with their President. I was asked to wait in their "state-of-the-art" conference room, then proceeded to do a Skype call with their President, who was also in a conference room in New Jersey. We were both using webcams that could have been bought at Best Buy in these "state-of-the-art" conference rooms and the call buffered so bad that it dropped out twice during the interview. Just showed me that the company doesn't invest resources in it's people, or back up what it preaches.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me my age, religion, and really wanted to know a lot about my family life. Very awkward for an interview with the President of a large company.
