Had to take a personality test. Other than that, standard questions regarding front desk interactions. Helps to have worked for certain hotel brands, but not a requirement. Certain hotels in the same brand will have different front desk operating systems, which is news to me. I thought they'd all be the same.

The interview process was very direct efficient and I felt it was somewhat easy. I had to complete two in person interviews but overall it was a good experience. Im glad I had the opportunity and would definitely repeat the process again
Applied, then HR assessment then regional interview, reference checks them background and then COO. Several poine interviews and final face to face interview before final offer letter. The process was very smooth and did not take a long time between slthe different steps in the process.
