The interview process was good. The company's parent firm is in Japan and has a history of more than 50 years. It had come recently in India and has a startup culture here. CTO is an enthusiastic and young person. The interview process was long because they have a small team and the availability is tight. Even I was not available on few days so it took about 15 to 20 days. Interview process: 1. First round was a 30 mins discussion with the hiring manager. It was just an informative round telling you about the company an its domain and what it does. At the end he asks 2 3 general testing questions. 2. Second round was both on coding as well as testing. 1 hour long. 3. For 3rd round they gave an assignment to write test cases. 4. Fourth round was a discussion regarding the assignment. 5. Fifth round was again a hiring manager round. This time he took interview and asked questions from resume. technical question. 6. Sixth was a final discussion with CTO. He checks your mentality for joining the firm. Although it seems a lot of rounds each round was pretty chill. The interviewers were good.
