I interviewed for Risk Analyst II - Fraud team. Applied online and received call from recruiter in a week. The whole process was of 4 rounds - HR screening, Hiring manager discussion, VP of the team( Fraud) and then senior leadership team. When i finished 3 rounds and was informed about 4th round, I was told by HR that they are going to close the position with the people who have reached the final round. After 4 rounds I was rejected but whats interesting is they still have the same position open and it is open for close to 4 months. I mean seriously you didn't find anyone who you thought were good in first 3 rounds and felt not a good fit in 4th round. I feel they don't hire but just take interviews without a clear information on when they would like to hire someone. such organizations are waste of time for people as i see it is same for all the positions they have. Open for months but haven't filled.
