I had one online interview with HR and one in person technical interview. After my second interview they said that I would hear back extremely quickly then ghosted me and even my emails inquiring about my status.

How would you go about helping a non technical employee with tech support over the phone.

Interview
Had to wait in a queue for a video interview. The queue wait time went on for 30 minutes which by this time had surpassed the set interview time. Once I got into the video call, I then had to wait another 20 minutes, now almost an hour behind schedule. Once in the interview I was led to think that I made the mistake of getting the employee weekly schedule wrong so I politely apologized and declined the position. When I get off the call i went back to the ad and saw that I was in fact correct about the two separate weekly schedules offered for the job. Every part of that process was a waste of time. I’m glad it didn’t work out. The interviewer was nice though.

Interview
Easy and scheduled an interview via indeed. Time saving process. The first round of interview was through zoom and the 2nd round was in person . Both were easy and to the point. There were no unnecessary multiple rounds of interviews which is a good thing. Compensation is a little less than the market standards.
