Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying and invited to a video interview. She had no availability for three weeks after that date. So I wait three weeks for a half-hour interview that was basically just me reviewing my resume and questions I answered on the application. The recruiter let me know I'd hear back within two business days. Two weeks later, I got a stock email letting me know they weren't proceeding.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance in Nov 2024
Interview
From my perspective, the entire interview process was well done and managed. The process, the prework needed to prepare for the process was communicated to me well in advance, and everyone who interviewed me was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.
