One phone interview, two on-sites. Did a quiz and a case study on the site for the second round. The first and last round was all behavioral. This was one year before the pandemic.

- Mostly behavioral. Questions about your background, your experience, why you choose our company etc. Be familiar with the company and the lending industry.
- Case study was about what you think about a company's financials. What questions you would raise.
