Straight forward, face to face interview which lasted approx 45 minutes. On arrival, there wasn't anyone at reception and the main door to the office was locked - so I had to hunt around reception for a buzzer to get someone's attention (there are two main doors on each side of the reception - ring the buzzer on the left door). Once inside, I was greeted by a friendly lady and was kindly offered a drink while I wait for the interviewer. The office is very nice and spacious office, but it can be difficult to get to if you don't drive as it is in the middle of a busy industrial estate. With regards to the actual interview - the person interviewing me seemed to be very focused on academics, over hands on experience and this put me off the role.
