Very thorough. Pre-phone interview assessment, video interview, online assessments, an essay writing sample, plus work samples, and in-person interview was 5 meetings with 8 different people all in the same day over about 6 hours that they flew me in for (which was a 20 hour day with travel, perhaps part of the test). It was extremely professional and I liked how well they vet and invest in a candidate.

Very attentive, good follow up and information throughout process. Communicated next steps and processes very clearly, and was very professional when I didn't get the job and explained why another candidate was chosen.
