Interview
I had the interviews a while ago, and they went quite well until the last one with a C-level executive who bad-mouthed remote workers and showed no trust in them during our discussion about the possibility of working remotely. After that interview, I received the job offer with the option to work remotely, but I declined it due to the awful experience in that final meeting and several reviews mentioning micromanagement at the company, which was apparent during that interview. I'm very glad I declined, as the continuous mentions of micromanagement in the reviews clearly indicate that the company has a toxic work environment
