Creative Destruction Lab interview questions

Pros: Smooth interview process. All of the questions were straight forward and the interviewers were nice and friendly. Seem to be more interested in client (stakeholder) experience as opposed to experience working with start-ups or in tech. Cons: One thing I did not like about the interview process was you never actually hear if you're rejected or not which is poor practise in my opinion, particularly after the interview stage.

2 rounds via zoom, 2 people per interview. Turnaround time was fairly quick. Onboarding was smooth afterwards. Friendly, wanted to probe into background in startups and knowledge about the program.
