The interview process wasn't bad, mostly behavioral stuff and a presentation. I feel that maybe the presentation part took a lot of time in researching the local area which was Chicago. Other than that everything else was basically like any other interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Creative Capital
Interview
Had a Zoom interview with two members of the staff. They were very cordial and they went over my resume thoroughly. Although the job was hybrid, I sensed some discomfort on their side when I asked about remote working. Even though the infection rate in the City was high at that time, they were on the fast track to get back to full-time office work. I wasn’t prepared for that at the time.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Creative Capital
Interview
Process took about 4 weeks. Applied online. Received an interview with hiring manager that lasted 1 hour. Had second interview with hiring manager and CEO lasting about 45 minutes. Hiring manager asked that I meet with the COO, but that never panned out. Asked for references, but was not selected.
A few times I had to check in with the hiring manager to the status and next steps, as deadlines they put forth were not met or information was unclear
