I interviewed a recruiter via Teams. Although my video was on, the recruiter said she couldn't see it. I could sense this technical confusion negatively impacted my interview. I followed up via email to thank her for her team but never heard back.

The interview process was very smooth. People were really easy to talk with. The general feeling of the interview was more like a conversation with the current employee and hiring manager. Sadly, I did not get the job but will be trying again.
