2 in-person interviews . The first interview was with the HR team and the hiring manager, the second interview was with the engineering director HR and hiring manager. Followed with a tour around the factory/office areas.

How do you deal when people aren’t staying on task.
It is typical of many quality companies, thorough and longer than you want if you are a job seeker. Usually starts with a screening call followed by face to face meetings (exceptions during the pandemic). It is good hat you meet several levels of the business so that you get a goo feel of the business.
