Interview
I put in an online application on Snagajob.com and after about a week from applying, I received a call from the store manager. He asked me a couple of questions about why I wanted to work for the company and why I think it would be a good match for me. Then, he scheduled an in-person interview with me. The in-person interview was fairly easy, with your typical interview questions, such as "tell me about yourself" and "what is any work or volunteer experience you have." I was hired right there on the spot, and started two weeks from that day.
Very lengthy and tedious, but informative as well. After initial interview with a manager, if you are offered the job, you then move to training which is all online at the beginning and tedious.

Interview
The interview was great, manager was very nice. Could not guarantee any hours, PT only and only on as needed basis but wanted me to be available nights, weekends and holidays. If hired and store was slow you would be sent home without pay. Not for me. Need some guarantee of some hours.

Interview
The interview was quick and in-depth, and I enjoyed it. But I heard the manager for that specific department was condescending. The environment was nice, the interview is set up through telephone and is completed at the store location.
