I submitted an application online and called two weeks later. They pulled my application out of the stack and had me come in two days later for an interview. There were a few questions like "what is your favorite dish" and "how would you treat a customer". It was a breeze.

Filled out an application in person and when it was compeleted a manager met with me. Not sure if that is typical or if he was just available at that time.
easy they just asked what other experience i have had and how I would handle customer situations. You have one interview then they have training and then you shadow someone
