Interview
I applied online and was contacted hours later for an interview in-store the next day. The interview was very easy; we discussed the essential functions and I was given a brief tour of the work area. At the end of it, I was scheduled for a second interview the following week with the general manager, however when I arrived, there seemed to be some confusion and I was never in contact with the GM. I was told that they were "still deciding" on applicants and let go, and I have yet to hear from them since.

Interview
They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
Just met with GM for a quick interview and got hired on the spot; asked about previous experience and availability. Very casual and quick process overall. Was also scheduled for orientation
Simple and to the point. Met with a manager and was asked basic questions. Where have you worked and what is your goals in the future. I applied for dishwasher so you wouldn't expect complicated questions.
