Was called for interview. Went spoke with the hr manager about the position. Was told they will do background check and I'll be in. Waited a lil more than a week to get through to them. Was not a bad interview. Very simple

Interview
They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
Just met with GM for a quick interview and got hired on the spot; asked about previous experience and availability. Very casual and quick process overall. Was also scheduled for orientation
Simple and to the point. Met with a manager and was asked basic questions. Where have you worked and what is your goals in the future. I applied for dishwasher so you wouldn't expect complicated questions.
