After a phone interview about my resume I was asked to come to Chicago and basically do the same thing in person. Basically just talked through resume and then got shown around the facility.
Fill out the easy application. HR will call you to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview is done. If accepted, you will move onto an in person interview. If accepted, you will be emailed a job offer within 48 hours.

I initially applied and then had a phone interview with a recruiter. It was very easy and short, only 15 minutes and it was just a call. Nothing too crazy hard

Interview
Meet at the career fair. Invited for an interview later in the week. Interviewer was very informal, not very informative about exactly what the role would be. Received results quickly which was very nice. Overall a very fast interview process.
