Interview
Several phone interviews with HR then actaul manager then a regional VP.
Very smooth and made you feel comfortable.
Eventually tried hard to match you with the right job.
There was a personality test that was difficult to figure out-- so you have to just take it and let the analysis work.

Interview
Interview was not what I was expecting. I was told to utilize the STAR method but none of the questions were asked in a way to use the method instead were closed yes/no questions.

Initial screening interview was by phone by HR in another state. Interviewer could not answer any questions regarding the position other than what was written in the JD, even though she asked if I had any questions.

The majority of the interview was one behavioral interview question after the other. Rapid fire questions one after the other. There was no questions regarding the context and no follow up on your answers.
