Horrible. Cox asked me to come in from out of town and still haven't been reimbursed for expenditures after more than 100 days following interview. Recruiting did not get back to me for over a month following interview and eventually was told, I was a complimentary interview. Why would you waste my time and yours on something you weren't serious about and not reimburse me? Cox claims to be about the people yet that's questionable.
