very simple and to the point everything is based off your previous work experience and willingness to learn. I had a lot of questions based on the way there pay system is set up but the manager broke it down into a lot more simple terms and really showed me the best and most efficient ways to make money and by a good dedicated respected technician. very easy to talk with management and they are continuously trying to improve and help the company grow.
