Started with three rounds of phone interviews. The interviews themselves went very smoothly, only being asked open ended questions regarding my past experience listed on my resume. The only problem was I would go about 7-10 days before I would hear the next step in the process. The final face to face interview seemed almost a repeat of the phone interviews, except you met with specific leaders of the program being applied for.
