Long a lot of questions, u really have to sale yourself and ur skills, it’s very intense, so u think ur getting a great job, but ur not! They tell u about all these perks but they are not worth it. They act like it’s an inviting company but the managers attitudes are terrible. They also don’t tell u about commission til a week after u start.

Interviewed by two managers, separately. Was asked the basic questions, experience, accomplishments, failures. One interviewing manager was new to the company and could not answer my questions. reviewed company products, processes and compensation. we also discussed benefits and schedule requirements. I was given a tour of the call center floor and met several employees. was then given the opportunity to meet the vice president of the company and allowed to listen in on phone calls with a seasoned customer service representative.
