Covenant Health (Texas) interview questions

Hearing back to schedule an interview was quick. The "recruiter" is actually some automated system called Anne Therese Sauquillo. The actual interview is virtual. I didn't feel like it was professional. When I signed on they didn't even turn their camera on so I was looking at a blank screen while I had mine on. From there tone it didn't sound like they wanted to be there and it just didn't feel welcoming. The only time it felt welcoming was when a charge nurse jumped in last minute to the interview and she sounded excited and friendly.

The process was very straightforward and simple, I believe there was only one interview for this position when I applied in 2023. Things might be different now since the program manager might've changed.
