I applied for a different position than what I was interviewed for. I was told about the position, what they were looking for, and the work environment. Negative comments were made about previous employees. I never heard back even though I was told that covenant believed it was important to let people know where they stand in the hiring process.

Submitted an application, attended job fair with resume and had a nice interview with an HR person. It sounded like the department was trying to get organized and I don’t think they know what they want. I didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks so I reached out to the HR contact and she responded quickly that I’m overqualified. The position has been posted for about five months.

Interview
I was contacted for an interview at the end of 2023, I went through several rounds and then was ghosted. I followed up several times and never got a response. Fast forward to the start of 2025 and the same hiring manager e-mails me about an opening, same exact thing happens and boom I'm ghosted. It is extremely unprofessional and aggravating as the candidate to not get answers and be strung along not once but twice - shame on me for letting it happen a second time.
