I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Council for Logistics Research, Inc.
Interview
Interviewed directly with the hiring manager and then lead engineer. Took about 2 hours. Hiring manager told me at the end of the interview that they would likely be submitting an offer and I received the offer 3 days later. Discussions with lead engineer were basically about my background and experience with relevant technologies. Now the interview process contains technical questions and code analysis.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Council for Logistics Research, Inc. (Westford, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Met with the manager, engineering lead, and a few other team members. Fairly standard; was provided info about the company environment, job details, and was asked questions about my related experience.

Interview
Attempted to apply over the Internet multiple times. Contacted company and emailed resume to tech support. The Manager claimed to have not seen resume. A few days later I received an email requesting phone interview from a company called Axseum representing CLR Human Resources. The phone interview went well but did not hear back and contacted interviewer. Contacted Interviewer via email and told hiring Manager rejected as over qualified.
