Cotek Systems perform a three stage interview process. A business development manager (AKA Consultant Development Manager) will give you a call to verify your information and background. If he is impressed, he will set you up for a second interview with one of the web developers. After that, you will have a final technical interview with the database admins. If you past the technical interview, the HR will contact you to setup an onboarding session. Generally takes a week for the interviews.
