Applied online. A week later, got a phone call from the recruiter to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Had a 30-minute video call with hiring manager, who was organized to get us through the conversation efficiently. I learned that they do not offer 100% remote; there's plenty of WFH, but you must be local for corporate. Overall, it was what I would expect from an interview but the role wasn't for me, so I don't have feedback on the process beyond this point.
