Interview
Once you get called in to an interview, you wait outside the office on a bench. Once its your turn to interview they pull you inside and you are greeted with a manager and a supervisor that will conduct the interview. Lasted around 20-30 minutes.

As a frontend supervisor for Costco Wholesale, there isn't much wiggle room to work with school schedules will that be a problem?
Basic experience based questions. “Tell me about a time when…” They want actual personal examples of when you dealt with a difficult customer, coworker, etc. and how you dealt with it. Usually interview with at least two managers before being hired.

Interview
Quick and efficient. They ask very basic interview questions. Well run and processed quickly. Dress well and they will look at you in a higher regard than other applicants. Everyone was very knowledgeable about company functions.

Pretty easy interview. Basic questions that aren't too hard to answer. If you do good, you will be invited back or have a 3rd interview on the spot. They'll usually go over some of the basic benefits and leave room for any questions you might have.
