Interview
I was interviewed by the Front End Manager. She had a list of questions that she picked from randomly. They dealt a lot with certain situations and how you would deal with them. My interviewer talked a lot about the opportunities to move up in the company and how well they treat employees. Bonus points for wanting to be a long term employee and move up from within the company. I only had the one interview and they offered me the job right there. Costco is a great place to work for, there's always going to be things you don't like but for what they pay and the benefits it can't be beat.

What would you do with a customer who hands you a counterfeit bill?
3 different interviews with different managers process took a while but actual interviews were quick and easy. Did have to call and follow up a lot in order to keep the process moving.
Pretty standard process, arrive at store location and interview with hiring manager. Manager was prompt and knowledgeable, thanked me for being on time. Asked good questions and gave me room to answer sufficiently.

Received a call for an interview with 1 person first and then a 2nd with 2 managers. Quick process applied and hired within 2 weeks. Was provided a summary of work schedule and job duties and expectations. We sat in the optical department tables.
