Interview
The interview process is basic and simple, but they asked lots of specific questions because they want to see if you have the skills that they're looking for. You would have to talk to at least 3 managers total, either at the same time or different times-just depends.

Question 1
They asked lots of scenario questions like:
"Can you describe a time you had conflict with co-worker and tell me how you handled it?"
"What are your strenghts and weaknessess"
"Can you describe a time you demonstrated superior customer service."
"Tell me a time when you dealt with a difficult customer/client, how did you handle it?"
They also asked you about your previous work experience and skills set.

Interview
Short and simple. The questions asked are thought up as the conversation continues. The employers are welcoming and pay full attention. It helped with creating an atmosphere of focus. Making the interview process as smooth as possible.
