Short and quick, straight to the point. Just asks questions about your knowledge of beauty products. Took two weeks to hear back before the district manager would make up their mind who to hire.

First I received a phone call from the store manager, then I was interviewed in person in the store’s back room by the store manager and the assistant store manager.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
