The interview process was 4 steps: Recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, technical take-home assessment and presentation to the team, and finally an interview with the CTO and Co-founder. At first they were super communicative and I was so excited by this opportunity and then as time went on it went downhill. The entire process took 2 months. I only received positive feedback and completed all of the interviews. The founder of the company stood me up at my final round interview with no heads up and I didnât receive any communication about it until 24 hours later. Then, once it was finally rescheduled he was late again and gave a very nonchalant and professional apology. After my final round they completed ghosted me and I had to reach out numerous times for a simple rejection. At that point I was so turned off by the unprofessionalism at this company that I was relieved to hear I was not offered the role.
