Interview
Hiring consisted of 2 panel interviews. The interviewers took time to ask more about yourself as a person, than looking for professional accolades. There interest was in how you would work as part of a larger team, focusing on a larger picture. They made it a goal to only ask open ended questions that would spark conversation.
Both interviews were approximately 45 mins in length. Topics covered: characteristics/tendencies, give me an example when....., knowledge or background in the field of agriculture or sales.

Easy and laid back with common questions that most places utilize. Sometimes they repeated questions just used different formatting. It was a panel interview interviewing for 2 open positions.
