Corporate Technologies Advantage interview questions

I was brought into the IT room, where several current developers were busy working. I was sat down in something akin to a circle and asked a variety of questions from the existing IT staff.

I interviewed with the Sales Floor Manager and he was super laid back but direct with his questioning. The questions were about work history, how I excelled there, my priorities and some psych questions. They sent me home with my proof of employment and called to schedule first day later. My first day, and since, everyone is upbeat and accommodating.
