Interview
Video interview done via Microsoft teams. It was difficult to hear them and I had no idea what to prepare before the interview, so I felt caught off guard and had no idea how to answer their questions. Needless to say I didn't get the job.

What would you do if you had to teach a format you aren't familiar with? (fitness related)
Process began with a recruiter, and then an on site interview with program manager. Basic tour of facility was provided and a follow up was provided in a timely manner

Be prepared for questions regarding customer service, class teaching experience, and engagement programs
It was over the phone. They never let me know if I got the job or not, and I think it was obvious I did not get it. But a rejection letter would have been nice instead of a complete ghosting.
